Not only food, relax and culture: Sicily is wealthy in non-profit excellences as well. FAIRSUD has put them on the web, in order to build up a new socio-economic paradigm, relying on an ethical vision of work and on a synergy with the other regional agencies. For this purpose, FAIRSUD proposes the creation of a philosophical and managerial school: an itinerant educational path, in which the best practices of non-profit enterprises (organization, motivation, leadership ability, reputation and creativity) help create a new ruling class for institutions and associations. This scientific experimentation laboratory will develop themes already proposed by Community Centro Studi, widening the analysis with the contribution of Professors of the University of Palermo and Parma, just to name a few. Which is the aim? The exportation of non-profit paradigms to the South of Italy itself, but also to the Southern Europe that is Spain, Portugal and Greece, through a Socratic discussion about ethical productive organization themes.
